ILTV (individual therapeutic physical training) as a set of exercises adapted to the client’s state of health under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Such exercise is aimed at improving the health condition of one client. The aim is to restore and maintain physical motor functions, improve fitness and muscle strength, as well as to develop functional motor adaptation of the body.
Special physical education therapies include the SM system and Acral Coactivation Therapy (ACT).
ACT is a method in which the spine is straightened through resistance to the acral parts of the upper and lower limbs. The goal of ACT therapy is to correct our bad movement habits through motor learning. The spine is straightened by coactivation of the ventral and dorsal muscle chains. By following the basic principles of this method, muscle imbalance is eliminated, the back muscles are strengthened, and the musculoskeletal system as a whole is stabilized.
